One fixed scope for the whole backyard: the pool and spa shell on a footing that levels the deck over the natural slope, the finishes, the deck and grass strips, and a complete Jandy equipment pad controlled from your phone.

Potential advantages

Pool and spa together. A 6' x 8' spa with six therapy jets and an air blower, built in the same shell as the pool.
A level deck on a sloped yard. 105 lf of concrete footers hold the deck at the right elevation.
Premium interior. Pebble Sheen Premium in Cool Blue, a pebble finish made to last.
Everything on one app. iAquaLink controls pool and spa mode, lights, garden lights and the heater over Wi-Fi.

Limitations to resolve

Permit fees. We prepare, submit and follow every permit, but the city and county fees are to be determined and are not in the total.
Deck material. White Aurora travertine or marble, French pattern or 12x24, to be confirmed.
Timeline. About 10 days of engineering, up to 15 days for permits, then 60 to 90 days of construction.
Final layout. Dimensions are approximate; elevations and the final layout follow the engineered plans and site conditions.

Next decision: confirming the deck material lets engineering start, the first step on the timeline.

Permits and fees

Structural, plumbing, gas and electrical

We prepare the documents, submit the permits, follow up to issuance, schedule the inspections and close the permits.
The city and county fees are to be determined and are billed separately.
Lead time up to 15 days after the engineering plans are done, depending on the city or county.
